If its not trash pickup day, trash, recycling and yard waste containers need to be stored out of sight from your neighbors.

I have no problem with the carts being out, as long as there not out on the curb yet. Garages are to small in many cases for personal belongings as it is.
The garbage can requirement has been part of the covenant for many years. This is not something new that the board is presenting. The problem is that most of the covenants have never been enforced. we are only stating that if we have a covenant there needs to be guidelines around it and have it enforceable. Also, there are other Fox Crossing Sub divisions that enforce this same rule.
