Golf Village Property Owners need to include the “Architectural Committee’s (i.e. Board of Directors) approval” in their final plan before committing to/beginning any improvement projects that include new buildings, sheds, fences or pools.

Approval needs to come from the Village of Fox Crossing, not our subdivision board. There are already stick requirements that have to be met before Fox Crossing will allow the improvements, that is sufficient.
In addition to Fox Crossing building/permitting requirements, Golf Village has additional review requirements.
