The annual meeting has been scheduled by the Board of Directors where all property owners are required to participate and vote on budget items, elect Board members, consider changes to the Protective Covenants.  If a property owner is not able to attend, they can designate another owner who is attending to be their proxy using the proxy form which can be downloaded and printed using the link below or submitted using the On-Line form.
